“Wow!!” it is
buddy class today. Here is what we are doing with room N (our buddy class).
Room O is doing a scientific lava lamp. We put lots of ingredients into bottles
(food colouring, oil & water) and then we put a CO2 tablet in it. The
carbon dioxide bubbles make the food colouring rise resulting in a lava lamp
effect. In Room N we made electricity from balloons. First we rubbed the
balloon on our head and quickly made the balloon touch the light stick. Then we
had to go back to our rooms. “Bye” we said to each other as we went in. It was
SENSATIONAL SCIENCE!!!
